Introduce a homeowner. Keep the relationship and the listing.

We can tell you which lots in New Jersey can take a back yard home. We handle the feasibility, the design and the permits, and we connect the homeowner with the architects and construction partners who do the build.

How you get paid

  • 50% of the ADU deposit a homeowner you introduced actually pays, once we start their work.
  • 10% of our net on the permitting package they buy, after the architect, engineers and other professionals are paid.
  • Paid to the brokerage you are licensed with, never to you personally, as New Jersey law requires.
